An inauguration ceremony for West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice and other state officials is scheduled for today at 1 p.m. on the north side of the State Capitol building. The ceremony will include the swearing in of the governor, secretary of state, attorney general, state treasurer, state auditor, commissioner of agriculture and members of the Supreme Court. After taking his oath of office, Justice will give his inaugural address.
