West Virginia DHHR says their new online system for vaccine registration will go live at 8 a.m. on Monday. Officials hope it will relive local health departments that have been inundated with phone calls. Anyone over the age of sixty-five, teachers over the age of fifty, as well as front-line health workers and first responder are eligible for the vaccine.
