West Virginia Delegate Derrick Evans is charged with knowingly entering and remaining in a restricted building as well as violent entry and disorderly conduct on capitol grounds. He was taken into custody at his home in Wayne County, and appeared in federal court in Huntington. Evans lived streamed video of himself and a group of protesters forcing their way into the U.S. Capitol building.
