The number of active COVID-19 cases in West Virginia is going down; however more patients are in the hospital. There are over five-hundred new cases of the virus, but the number of active cases dipped below 20-thousand. More than two-dozen people were hospitalized, which is the first time that numbers gone up in almost two weeks.
