Daily positive COVID-19 cases continue to drop across West Virginia as the state Department of Health and Human Resources reported 228 new cases on Tuesday. The DHHR says there are now 10,969 active cases in the Mountain State. As for vaccinations, 144,250 people have been fully vaccinated. There have been more than 114,000 recoveries in the state.
