Winter storm warnings continue in Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia through late this morning or early afternoon. Snow and ice have been impacting the region for the past two days, causing power outages, traffic accidents, and closures, and the risk continues, especially to the north and west. Putnam, Lincoln and Doddridge counties have received one tenth to three tenths of an inch of ice with additional snow accumulations of up to one inch. The ice storm warning for that area expires at 10 a.m. today. The chance of snow is in the forecast today in Charleston, with partly cloudy weather and temperatures above freezing for Wednesday.
