Active cases were below 17,000 on Saturday as recoveries continue to outpace new cases.The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources. Recoveries are now at 105,185. The state’s overall positive test rate inched down Saturday to 5.60% after the daily positive test rate came in at 4.10%.
