COVID-19 numbers are trending down and Governor Justice is easing some restrictions. Restaurants and bars can increase seating capacity to 75-percent, and retail shops and grocery stores can double the number of customers per square foot. Kids in grades kindergarten through eighth grade will return to in-person learning full time. Masks and social distancing will still be required. Justice says if things slip back, he will adjust.
