West Virginia State Police said a mother in Kanawha County faces charges after her 3-year-old child wandered out of their home alone and the mother was found with methamphetamine. 28-year old Morgan Hudnall of Cedar Grove is charged after a trooper responded to a report about a child who had walked to a neighbor’s home and was not wearing any shoes. It was 32 degrees with snow and ice on the ground at the time.
