Tens of thousands of Appalachian Power customers are still in the dark. App Power says they hope to have power restored to most customers by Monday night, and it may not be until Tuesday in Wayne and parts of Cabell Counties. There are over five-hundred broken poles that need to be replaced and around 24-hundred spans of wire that need to be put back in place.
