The West Virginia House Finance Committee passed it’s own version of a bill to reduce the state personal income tax. The governor’s plan includes several tax hikes, and the new plan doesn’t have any tax increases, but would require the legislature to make 150-million-dollars in cuts every year until the state income tax is gone.
