Governor Justice is talking up his tax plan at the same time the House Finance Committee is considering a different income tax proposal. Justice talked about his proposal with a hand-picked group of business leaders. The House proposal would establish a “personal income tax reduction fund,” allowing tax rates to be reduced when the fund reaches a se threshold.
