The state Department of Health and Human Resources is reporting a slight uptick in COVID-19 cases. There are over three-hundred-eighty new cases of the virus, and more than 53-hundred active cases. Five more people have died. More than four-hundred-thousand people have received the first dose of vaccine, and more than 250-thousand are fully vaccinated.
