Red counties are starting to pop back up on the West Virginia county alert map as Hardy County is now joined by Webster County. Eight counties were in orange on the map posted Thursday by the DHHR, including Lincoln, Logan, Raleigh, and Nicholas. Kanawha County was in yellow. The orange and red designations indicate a high level of virus spread in the county.
