WVU police are looking for a person of interest who accosted a TV news reporter during a St. Patrick’s Day celebration in Morgantown. Students pushed him and tried to grab his cell phone. He wasn’t hurt. Officials are looking into several parties that may have violated COVID-19 guidelines.
