A new flight school is on track to start this fall at Yeager Airport. The Marshall University Bill Noe Flight School is under construction now at the airport and will feature a classroom building along Taxiway B, along with a 12,000-square-foot hangar. It’s a nearly $7 million project that will help students earn a commercial pilot bachelor of science degree. Up to 50 students will start classes there August 23rd. More than one hundred applied for spots in the class.
