The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources is reporting five more deaths and more four-hundred new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24-hours. Active cases continue to rise, and are over 66-hundred. Over five-hundred-thousand West Virginians have received one dose of the vaccine, and over 340-thousand are fully vaccinated.
