The CDC says it’s okay to go outside without a mask, if you are fully vaccinated. Masks are still recommended if you are in a crowded space. There are less than two-hundred new cases of COVID-19 in West Virginia, and the number of active cases dropped below seven-thousand for the first time in over three weeks.
