The City of Charleston will host listening sessions to talk about the American Rescue Plan. The legislation is centered around economic recovery, but many infrastructure and social safety net projects and programs are key focuses. Charleston’s allocation is estimated at about $38 million. Listening sessions will take place Tuesday, May 4 – George Washington High School (1522 Tennis Club Road), and again Thursday, May 6 – Ball Toyota (1905 Patrick Street Plaza) from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. There’s more on the City of Charleston website.
