Morrisey threatens legal action over gun control measures

West Virginia is double down on firearms and threatening a court fight after President Biden announced several measures to curb gun violence after a series of mass shootings nationwide this week. West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says one of his “principal duties is to defend the Constitution, and protect citizens’ gun rights,” Morrisey is teaming up with other state attorney’s general to evaluate the legality of the executive orders.
