Goodwill Industries of Kanawha Valley re-opened its Teays Valley store on Thursday. The store was closed earlier this year for construction on a project to expand the store and create a more modern environment with new technology. By expanding the Teays Valley location, Goodwill says it will not only provide more jobs to the Putnam County area, but the revenue from that location will continue to support the Goodwill Mission, funding new programs and services. There are 12 donation centers and thrift stores in the area, including Beckley, Cross Lanes, Elkview, Charleston, Ripley, and Kanawha City.
