There is still no agreement on a tax cut plan. Governor Justice held a summit yesterday afternoon and introduced his “Justice for All Plan.” It includes elements from all three proposals, but members of the House of Delegates aren’t on board. They say the plan still penalizes small businesses and puts the state at a completive disadvantage.
