Three weeks after announcing its closure, the owner of The Grill said it will be reopening. Dave Arthur made the announcement on Facebook Sunday evening with a picture sharing the news that the popular eatery on Charleston’s West Side will be open as of this week. Arthur said on March 18 that “all good things must come to an end,” and that The Grill wouldn’t be reopening after 66 years. The restaurant is located at 117 Washington St. West.
