A St. Albans man pleaded guilty this week to federal drug and gun charges stemming from a 2019 incident. Ricky Lee Clark Sr. is accused of being a felon in possession of firearms and ammunition along with possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to a news release from the U.S. attorney’s office. He pleaded guilty to the charges Wednesday. Clark was a passenger in a vehicle that was pulled over in July 2019 when police said they found ammunition and about 13 grams of meth. During a later search of his residence, police said they found six firearms. Clark is scheduled to be sentenced on July 22 and faces up to 40 years in prison.
