A new report found that over twenty-percent of the state’s bridges are in poor condition. West Virginia has the highest percentage of bridges in the country considered to be in poor shape. The Roads to Prosperity project is working on several bridges, and a new federal infrastructure plan could provide more money to attack the problem.
