WV Capitol Complex is blooming

The West Virginia Capitol Complex is in bloom. Groundskeepers planted nearly 47-thousand spring blooming bulbs, and around five-thousand pansies. They say in about two weeks, everything will start to look different when they start planting summer annuals.
