A West Virginia sandwich shop owner is pleading not guilty to assaulting three U.S. Capitol police officers during a riot on January 6th. Lawyers for George Tanios say he was at the Capitol to show support for former President Trump, and did not intend to hurt anyone. They say he should be released from jail while awaiting trial.
