A Georgia based real estate firm is buying Charleston Town Center Mall. The Hull Property Group owns more than thirty malls in sixteen other states. The group specializes in acquiring and re-positioning under-performing malls, and says it will go to work immediately to keep existing stores from leaving and attracting new ones.
