Nearly 25-hundred women will spilt a 23-million dollar settlement in a sexual abuse case against a former Charleston doctor. Kanawha County Circuit Judge Jennifer Bailey approved the settlement in the case against gastroenterologist Steven Matulis. He’s accused of abusing patients while under anesthesia during procedures. The victims will each receive nearly five-thousand dollars.
