Former WV lawmaker facing more charges in U.S. Capitol riot

Former West Virginia state delegate Derrick Evans is facing new charges in connection to the January 6th riot at the U.S. Capitol. He is now charged with disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building as well as parading, demonstrating or picketing in a Capitol Building. In January, he was charged with two other counts. Evans resigned from the House of Delegates in January.
