Kanawha County deputies arrested a man after they say he led them on a chase reaching speeds of up to 90 miles per hour and often driving on the wrong side of the road. Kevin Leach of Charleston is charged with fleeing while DUI and fleeing with reckless indifference. Kanawha County deputies noticed a car with one headlight out near the park and ride near the Elkview Crossings Mall and tried to pull the driver over and the vehicle then took off.
