A Kenova man is charged with an arson spree in Lincoln County. Twenty-nine-year-old William Lusher is accused of setting three fires in the Harts area. He set fire to a vacant house, an empty store and a church. No one was hurt. The house is a total loss. There was only minor damage to the church and the store.
