Parents in the Cabell County School District are voicing concerns about the school board’s redistricting plan. The highest priority is the Village of Barboursville, where overcrowding is an issue. Some students would be moved from Barboursville Elementary to Altizer (all-tizer) Elementary. Officials say the new plan is not set in stone.
