In the town of Belle tesidents have been without a bank for six months. Huntington Bank closed its Belle branch in January and residents have had to adjust by driving to other branches out of town. But now, a new bank is opening. Whitesville State Bank will open its fifth branch inside the old Huntington building on 4th Street in the next 2-3 months.
