Nearly seventy beagles were rescued from a property in Lawrence County. The dogs are emaciated and have some form of mange. Some of the dogs have never been on a leash or out of a cage. Friends of Lawrence County Rescue is asking for help with supplies or monetary donations due to the influx of new puppies.
