Gov. Jim Justice said the second sweepstakes lottery drawing for those who have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine will take place today. There are 313,000 people who have entered to win the prizes, and the drawing today includes one $1 million winner, two winners for pickup trucks, 25 winners for weekend getaways at state parks, and two full-ride scholarship winners for in-state colleges or universities. There will also be winners of hunting rifles today. Gov. Justice said 63.5% of the eligible population to be vaccinated for COVID-19 has received at least one dose.
