A Kanawha County judge accepted a plea deal and a 20-year sentence for a Dunbar woman accused in a fatal stabbing in Charleston. Circuit Judge Jenifer Bailey OK’d the deal Thursday in the case of Rashieda Tyree, who is charged with first-degree murder in the July 2020 death of Duane Troy Letlow of Charleston. The incident happened in the 1600 block of Washington Street East.
