Huntington is getting $50,000 that it will put toward rehabilitating homes. The grant funding for Project SHINE will bring improvements to nearly 90 owner-occupied homes this summer with help from one thousand work camp volunteers from across the country. The grant comes from the Claude Benedum Worthington Foundation. Volunteers will work until July 21 and the improvements are at no cost to the homeowner.
