Logan County Man Faces Charges for Driving on a Revoked License, 5 DUIs

The Logan County Sheriff’s Office said a man with five active DUIs and a revoked license was arrested in Logan County after he was found driving. Clifton Belcher was pulled over Sunday after a deputy noticed a pickup truck traveling on state Route 10 in the Big Creek area with no registration, according to a news release from the sheriff’s office. Belcher told the deputy he did not have a driver’s license, and Logan County 911 advised the license was revoked for five active DUIs. Jail records said Belcher, 49, is charged with driving revoked for DUI, expired motor vehicle inspection sticker, no registration and no insurance. He is currently being held at Southwestern Regional Jail on a $6,000 bond.
