The state Department of Highways is cautioning drivers to be on the lookout for more traffic changes in St. Albans and Nitro, as part of the I-64 bridge project. The current change is at the entrance and exit to the St. Albans connector along Route 817, which is down to two lanes. Engineers say there will be twenty different phases to the project over the next two years.
