Alliant Techsystems will pay a 350-thousand-dollar fine for environmental violations at a Keyser laboratory. The Allegany Ballistics Laboratory makes fuel rocket motors, explosive warheads and solid fuels for the Navy. The company was cited for violating hazardous waste storage and treatment rules and water discharge requirements.
