A West Virginia pharmacist has agreed to pay 300-thousand-dollars in penalties to resolve allegations that his pharmacies violated the Controlled Substances Act. The Beckley and Bee Well Pharmacies are accused of filling prescriptions that were not for a legitimate medical purpose.
