Huntington police are wrapping up their search for a missing infant at a pond in Carter County, Kentucky. Three-month-old Angel Overstreet hasn’t been seen for more than a month. The property is owned by her father, Shannon Overstreet, who says he turned over the girl to CPS, but they have no record of receiving the girl. Investigators drained the pond, but have not commented on what they found.
