State lawmakers will return to Charleston for a special session next week. Governor Justice is asking lawmakers to approved 250-million-dollars in budget surplus money for various projects. The fiscal year ends June 30th and state law requires fifty-percent of any budget surplus carried into the new fiscal year to put into the Rainy Day fund. Justice says that fund is already at record levels.
