The landmark opioid case is now in the hands of Senior U.S. District Judge David Faber. Final arguments were delivered Wednesday in the case against Cardinal Health, McKesson Corp., and Amerisource Bergen. Judge Faber will be receiving final paperwork from the lawyers over the next three weeks and when he reaches a conclusion he will render a bench verdict.
