Fairs and festivals are back after a year of cancellations. The Cabell County Fair is under way in Milton. Horse riders from all over the tri-state came out to show off their skills over the weekend, and Marshall head football coach Charles Huff served as grand marshal of the parade. The fair runs through this weekend.
