Bridge construction in the city of Montgomery is underway, and it’s presenting a challenge for drivers. Police have been doing their best to help keep traffic flowing, and concerns have been raised over the timing of the lights on the bridge. There are worries that someone who runs a red light on one side of the bridge could meet another car in the middle since it’s down to one lane. Crews are putting in new steel, railings, and lights as to give the bridge a facelift. The entire project will take another two years to complete.
