An Ona man is facing charges after he was paid more than twenty-thousand-dollars for a home construction projection, but never completed the work. A Hurricane woman says she paid Jacob Meadows to build a deck and put in new kitchen countertops in 2019, but the job was never finished. Investigators discovered other victims in different areas.
