West Virginia’s coronavirus response coordinator, Dr. Clay Marsh, says the COVID-19 delta variant spreads more easily and is more toxic than the original COVID strain. There are twelve cases of the delta variant in West Virginia. Marsh says it will become the dominant form of COVID in the state, and those unvaccinated are at high risk, even if you’ve already had the virus.
