The Huntington Police Department bid farewell to a few of their own Friday during a retirement ceremony. Police chief Ray Cornwell, Sgt. Paul Hunter, Capt. Dan Underwood and Cpl. Lance Roberts were honored during a ceremony at the department headquarters in Huntington. The four men have 102 years of combined service. Huntington Mayor Steve Williams announced that Capt. Eric Corder will take over as interim chief until a permanent police chief is found.
